CPT ANNOUNCES CLEVELAND ACT NOW ACADEMY SPRING SESSION

The Cleveland Act Now Academy spring session is for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders and runs February 4 – March 19. Held onsite at CPT and led by Cleveland Act Now (CAN) Academy Lead Teaching Artists Faye Hargate and Zyrece Montgomery, the spring session explores acting fundamentals and ensemble theatre practices with special attention on building vocal power, exploring creative movement, and introductory scene work. This program is offered at NO COST thanks to the support of the Cleveland Foundation and other generous supporters. Youth who are new to CAN must participate fully in one audition and then be selected by Lead Teaching Artists for admittance into session. Auditions are Tuesday January 28, Wednesday January 29, Thursday January 30, and Friday January 31. Youth who successfully completed the fall session are invited to participate in the spring session without audition. Click here for more information.
