For current 6th, 7th, and 8th graders, the 7-week-long audition-based session takes place from November 5 – December 17 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-5:45pm. Taught by Cleveland Act Now Academy Lead Teachers, Faye Hargate and Zyrece Montgomery, the fall session will explore acting fundamentals and ensemble theatre techniques with special attention on building improvisation skills and creating original performance material. This program is offered at NO COST thanks to the support of the Cleveland Foundation and other generous supporters. Cleveland Public Theatre (CPT) is proud to announce FREE THEATRE WORKSHOPS for Masrah Cleveland Al-Arabi مســرح كليفلانــد العربــي, a theatre project by, for, and with people from Arabic-speaking communities. There will be five open workshops for people with or without any theatre experience. These workshops are fun, easy, and focus on storytelling, self-expression, and teamwork.
