In recognition of their extraordinary contributions to the community, Councilman Joe Cimperman and wife Nora Romanoff will be honored with the 2011 Pan Award.

A member of Cleveland City Council, Joe Cimperman has represented the St. Clair Superior, Midtown, Downtown, Tremont, Ohio City/Near West, Duck Island, Flats Forward, Old Brooklyn and Brooklyn Center neighborhoods since 1997, working to revitalize the community and create a supportive environment for arts and culture.

Nora Romanoff is a life-long advocate of strong communities. In her role as Associate Director of ParkWorks,she works to reinvigorate neighborhoods by developing and expanding the use of public spaces. ParkWorks has been an important CPT partner facilitating sites for outdoor performances for the Student Theatre Enrichment Program (STEP), our program for low income youth.

This year’s Pandemonium will feature engaging performances from Lounge Kitty, Lost State of Franklin, GroundWorks Dance Theater, Verb Ballets, Inlet Dance Theater, Opera Per Tutti, Last Call Cleveland, Ray McNiece and Tongue-in-Groove, Wind and Sand Dance Company and The Angry Ladies of Improv; Original Plays by Eric and Adaora Schmiedl, Jill Levin, Deb Magid, Eric Coble, David Hansen, Greg Vovos, Stuart Hoffman, Jeff Glover, Jonathan Wilhelm, Margi Herwald Zitelli and more; Installation Performance by Faye and Joan Hargate; Cabaret Acts by Alison Garrigan, Sheffia Randall Dooley, Amiee Collier, Paul Hoffman and Kristy Cruz; an Original Performance by Theater Ninjas, Heads Up Productions, and dozens more.

You will also be able to taste delicious food from over 35 restaurants including AMP 150, Dante, Players, Light Bistro, Fat Cats, Vento La Trattoria,Tartine, XYZ, Sweet Moses, Root Cafe, Bon Bon Bake Shop, India Garden plus special Celebrity Chefs cooking live throughout the campus!
