Photography and Videography
Cleveland Public Theatre often takes photos and/or video of public events for archival, promotional and/or press purposes. In most cases we will display a sign denoting when an event is photographed. If you are in one of our photographs or videos in our website and did not give consent and would like the photo to be removed, please notify our Audience Engagement & Marketing Department at engagement@cptonline.org or 212-631-2727 ext .211.
We often use photos of artists involved in our education programs such as Cleveland Act Now (CAN), Student Theatre Enrichment Program that may be minors under the age of 13 in which case we have parental/guardian written consent to do so. These photos are used to showcase our education programs and what a classroom experience might look like.

We implement and maintain reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal information that we collect, use, retain, transfer or otherwise process. These measures include administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal information.
