A Mystical Fantasy Drama

Four Ukrainian women. One mysterious train. A journey beyond time and reality.

Written and directed by Kseniia Lysiuk and co-produced by the Educational and Cultural Ukrainian American League (ECUAL), TRAIN — Ukrzaliznytsia follows four women traveling toward an unknown destination. As memories blur and secrets awaken, the boundaries of reality begin to dissolve. Is the train taking them somewhere new—or back to something they have forgotten?

Presented by Cleveland Public Theatre in partnership with ECUAL, the production explores what it means to keep moving when life suddenly stops.

Portion of proceeds will go to Educational and Cultural Ukrainian American League (ECUAL) to support educational programs, cultural events, artistic collaborations, and community initiatives, and Ukrainian National Women’s League of America (UNWLA) to preserve Ukrainian culture and heritage, advance education, and provide humanitarian assistance.

The play will be performed primarily in English.
