The Theatres

Cleveland Public Theatre has three primary venues and a variety of additional performance spaces. All of our theatres are intimate flexible-use spaces, meaning that we can alter their configuration to suit the show.

THE GORDON SQUARE THEATRE

The Gordon Square Theatre is our largest theatre. It features a bar stocking beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee, and snacks. We accept cash and credit/debit at the bar. You will enter through the Box Office lobby.

The Gordon Square Theatre is ADA compliant featuring a ramped entrance and an all gender, wheelchair accessible restroom. If you have any accessibility requests, please let us know in advance and we will make seating arrangements with the Front of House staff. You can also write to our team to let us know about your accessibility needs during the checkout process when you purchase tickets online.

THE JAMES LEVIN THEATRE

The James Levin Theatre was the first performance space purchased by Cleveland Public Theatre. This theatre is fully ADA compliant featuring a patron elevator and an all gender, wheelchair accessible restroom. If you have any accessibility requests, please let us know in advance and we will make seating arrangements with the Front of House staff. You can also write to our team to let us know about your accessibility needs during the checkout process when you purchase tickets online.

*Please note that the elevator is not in operation during late seating due to sound bleed.

The entrance to the James Levin Theatre is the door to the west of the Box Office, also known as the Holly’s Hall entrance.

If you have purchased your tickets online, you can skip the Box Office and go straight up to the theatre.

The Levin bar stocks beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee, and snacks, and we accept cash and credit/debit.

Please note that elevator service stops promptly at the published curtain time, so please plan on arriving early to ensure you’re in the theatre once the performance begins.

THE STOREFRONT STUDIO THEATRE

The Storefront Studio is one of our smaller, more intimate venues. It is fully accessible and includes an all gender, wheelchair-accessible restroom.

Entrance to the Storefront Studio is the door to the west of the Box Office, also known as the Holly’s Hall entrance. You will use the same entrance as the James Levin Theatre.

If you have purchased your tickets online, you can skip the Box Office and go straight to the theatre.
