Cleveland Public Theatre (CPT) is currently looking for a House Manager for our 2021/2022 season. This role is responsible for ensuring the best experience for all patrons and providing accurate records to CPT staff. Candidates must be outgoing, detail-oriented problem solvers who can work calmly under pressure.

Hours will depend on production schedules, but will involve Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday evenings for approximately 4-6 hours per night between late November 2021 and May 2022. House Managers may also be asked to work special events and occasional Sunday and Wednesday shifts. This is a part-time, seasonal position from November 2021 to May 2022.

Beyond being responsible for selling refreshments to our patrons, our Bartenders are expected to be knowledgeable about Cleveland Public Theatre, our performances and programs, and the Gordon Square Arts District. Bartending and serving/customer service experience are preferred.

The CPT Parking Lot Attendant will be responsible for handling cash transactions for parking, being knowledgeable about current performances at Cleveland Public Theatre and in the Gordon Square Arts District, and keeping watch over the CPT parking lot. Cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.

Hours will depend on production schedules, but will typically involve Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm to 9pm with potentially some shifts on weekdays or Sundays. This is a seasonal part-time position from November 2021 to June 2022.
